ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to:
Order to Cash Manager

Reporting Level:
Mid-Senior Level

Geographic Scope:
Latam South

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Supervise and effectively lead all aspects of the operations and protocols of the Order to Cash team.
  • Proactive Customer relationship building.
  • Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and efficiently manage the processes and procedures of the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Ensure the implementation of SOX controls to adhere to financial regulations.
  • Conduct monthly, bimonthly, and semiannual reviews of credit limits following established policies.
  • Coordinate closing routines and generate reports on Debtors and Top Offenders to evaluate team performance.

  • Do you have previous experience working in a Shared Services industry or fastpaced Consumer Goods environment?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in finance, business management accounting, finance, economic, engineering or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years OTC processes experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)
  • High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft
  • 23 years of Lead/Supervisor experience (People leadership skills).
  • Strong communication and partnership skills.
  • Excellent analytical capability with leadership skills.

BENEFICIAL

  • Accounts receivable experience.
  • Salesforce, SAP, BPC knowledge desirable.
  • Good written and spoken Portuguese (desirable)
