ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The Order to Cash Analyst will be supporting credit & collection activities. The role will require a person with excellent communication skills and business partnering skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with internal SLA's by supporting the team and providing guidance.
  • Actively develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Actively search out areas for process improvement, identifying any gaps in efficiency and effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support any specific process improvement projects as requested and or assigned.
  • Support to ensure all SOX / operational and internal controls are followed.
  • Proactively assist in providing information as needed.
  • Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into the Shared service, in line with the migration framework and plan.

Experience Required

  • At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
  • Experience in the Shared Services environment and Business Partnering

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Intermediate knowledge level of SAP.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
  • Attention to detail

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Advance English (B2+)
