Job Summary:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to all corporate and sitespecific procedures.
  • Enters and/or retrieves complaint data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures, or as directed.
  • Creates compliant record(s) as defined in the procedures.
  • Identifies and investigates solutions to procedure and process related issues.
  • Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and sitespecific procedures.
  • Monitors appropriate metrics to measure key performance indicators of the compliant unit.
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA._

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)

  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Detailoriented
  • Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce quality documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses with accuracy.
  • Good decisionmaking skills and proven ability in balancing priorities among the many ongoing tasks, and being responsive to critical situations, as this position has a high volume of work, regulatory mandated time limits, and often changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work in a team setting. Ability to work closely with others

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' of experience with writing, regulatory compliance, report generation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.

Travel Requirements
Up to 5%
