Position Overview: The Logistics Project Coordinator will manage various aspects of the order fulfillment process concerning product logistics, distribution oversight, and remediation for installation initiatives. This role demands strong analytical, organizational, and adaptive learning capabilities to effectively monitor, track, and report on the status of product shipments and logistics related to assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and track all product shipments and deliveries across multiple locations in alignment with assigned projects using enterprise-level software solutions.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product shipments or deliveries, including shortages, missing items, or damages.
- Maintain effective communication with Project Managers and Field/Contractor teams regarding the status of shipments, issues, and resolutions.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues associated with product logistics and delivery to the Project Manager as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on the overall status of product shipments and logistics to the project team.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with the project team on a consistent basis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and offer support where needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a corporate office setting, preferably with knowledge of field installations.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor in complex situations.
- Strong ability to build and sustain productive relationships with colleagues.
- Proficient in facilitating common situations and tracking follow-ups.
- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Loss Prevention, Supply Chain Security, CCTV, RFID, and Field Installation is advantageous.
