**Responsibilities**:

- Order Entry and Booking: o Receive and review customer purchase orders. Using the Global Clean Order Standards, check that all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete to ensure the customer receives the product they need and at the time they need it.
- Upload, enter and book order in Emerson business systems
- Contact customer for information required to book orders. Initiate proactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues or to collect missing information at the order entry stage.
- Maintain updated customer information in Emerson business systems and other databases. Collect and save needed documentation to ensure compliance with Flow Emerson record retention and documentation procedures.
- Assist Facilitator II/Order Management with correction of order entry errors

**Process, Systems & Tools**:

- Maintain proficiency and utilize all of Emerson business systems required to enter and manage orders.
- Ensure compliance with import/export, contract and government requirements. Screen orders for compliance with the Emerson Terms and Conditions, Agreements and standards.

**Job Knowledge & Teamwork**:
Act as back up in managing orders depending on the business needs

Understand basics of Emerson products, model numbers, and price list. Understand general customer needs for each buying influence and main industries served by Emerson.

Understand basic Emerson differentiation strategy Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) tools. Attain and retain Yellow Belt certification.

Perform other duties as required.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Education: Advanced Student of Business Administration
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of Customer service, data entry experience, or other related experience.
- English Proficiency (Written & Oral) Level, minimum must be B1+ / B2.
- Must be willing to work on North America shift schedules.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Customer service, data entry experience, or other related experience.
- Work experience associated with selling or supporting a technical product where there was a business-to-business relationship, preferred.
- Experience as a member of a fast paced, customer-centric company where there was a spirit of teamwork between peers, a direct sales force and representative selling organizations, preferred.
- English Proficiency B2+/C1 - Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter.
- Must be able to work well in a close team setting.
- Aptitude for technical topics is a plus
