About the Team:

Our engineering team is looking for a skilled Java developer to join us as a customer-facing engineer. In this role, you will work closely with our services team to provide Tier 2 level support to our customers on AIQ platform capabilities and best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the AIQ platform's features and functionality
  • Collaborate with the services team to design and implement solutions for customer-specific challenges
  • Address technical automation challenges using Java, Web Services, and DevOps automation
  • Provide training to development-level customers on the AIQ platform's API, Web Services, and other dev-level functionalities
  • Support customers transitioning their existing API and Web Services testing to AIQ

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in Java development
  • Detailed knowledge of web-based app design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Expert usage of Windows, Mac, and Unix operating systems
  • Advanced proficiency in terminal/command line, pipelines, version control, and build management
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-facing experience online or onsite
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Automated testing experience and knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and DevOps
  • Experience with Java, Appium, Selenium, Web Services, Postman, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Bash, Ant, Maven, Git, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Java, JUnit
