Mission-critical customer support is essential to our success at Microsoft. To meet this challenge, we need talented individuals like you who can provide expert technical support and guidance to our customers and partners.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology and customer supportability. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and 3+ years of technical experience in areas such as container technology, Linux, and scripting languages.

You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to identify and address product gaps, process improvements, and technical debt. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and reliability of our products and services, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
