About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer Manager to join our team In this critical role, you will oversee a team of Customer Success Engineers responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer-centric programs and processes.
- Leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities**Strategy:**
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet business objectives.
**Execution:**
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
**Continuous Improvement & Growth:**
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Sales Engineering, or related technology fields.
- 2+ years of team leadership and/or people management experience.
- Practical knowledge of product support for Cloud Software Group or similar experience from previous customer success roles.
- Cloud Software Group product experience and support a plus.
- Technical certifications in related technologies.
