**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Director to oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for employees and customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.

About this Opportunity

The Facilities Services Director will be responsible for managing the facility, including employee services, property maintenance, and environmental sustainability. This includes:

  • Coordinating and project managing multi-craft activities involved in preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance, cleaning, repair, and renovation of buildings, mechanical systems, physical plant, and/or grounds.
  • Oversseeing all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with country and industry laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Developing or assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a hotel manager, facilities manager, or relevant position.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
