This position drives results in advancing products through optimization of digital workflow processes and Customer Success partner teams to provide best-in-class products with a frictionless customer experience. The role oversees accelerating the optimization of processes to enhance the customer experience, meet market needs, and drive alignment throughout all global planning & design facilities for UNQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple digital plan and design facilities
  • Drive consistency and alignment of current workflow processes and established standard operating procedures, protocols, and preferences that align with clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize the digital setups process across all facilities, collaborating with process engineering, to drive a frictionless, timeless, and high user experience
  • Develop a roadmap to continuously assess and optimize processes, procedures, and outcomes to meet current market needs and align with strategic objectives
  • Partner with the Head of Quality to inspect outcomes of proposed changes to setups
  • Partner with the Training and Education Manager to deploy clinical protocols
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence of the training curriculum to guarantee standardization of set ups sent to doctors across all centers
  • Cultivate close alignment, collaboration, and partnership with functional departments within the organization, including Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Technology, Operations, Provider Services, and more
  • Focus on progressive improvement of KPIs by setting incremental, achievable targets for continuous improvement and adaptation, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success

About the Role:

This position requires a multinational-minded, culturally aware individual who must be fluent in English. A B.S. degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Dental lab technician certification is desired, as well as experience with 3D modeling. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills are necessary, along with the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment with short notice. Proficiency in driving results and promoting quality is essential.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
