Who We're Looking For

The Sales Process Coordinator will work closely with Sales and multiple teams within the organization to drive deals through the automated Opportunity-to-Cash system, ensuring seamless sales process execution. In this role, you will provide valuable insights to drive enhancements in the Opportunity-to-Cash process and increase sales velocity to improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales System Process Administration

  • Reduce cycle time of a deal from opportunity to execution
  • Generate reports and actively monitor deals, including non-standard ones, in the system; notify stakeholders to avoid or resolve delays
  • Complete administrative tasks in the system, such as termination requests and generating new billing IDs
  • Drive deal closure through proactive support, guidance, and effective communication to the sales team
  • Provide assistance and troubleshoot to resolve open issues for the sales team, including pre-sales through post-sales activities, associated with the automated Opportunity-to-Cash system, on an as needed basis
  • Be the point of contact for internal deal resolution on behalf of the sales organization

Process Improvement and Education

  • Gather sales and cross-functional feedback to assist in continuous improvement and enhancement of business processes to drive efficiency across sales teams
  • Help train and educate the Sales team on processes and constructs
  • Evolving and improving Deal Desk business practices (including tools, templates, and processes) to increase efficiency of Sales and the Deal Desk

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Sales or Sales Support experience preferred
  • Experience with desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities based on changing business needs
  • Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to interpret a situation and move towards solution recommendation
  • Ability to maintain a customer-centric attitude and work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
