**About LRN**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rfp Coordinator to assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and Rfp responses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather necessary information and develop high-quality responses to Rfps, Rfis, and rfqs.
  • Maintain a repository of Rfp content, including templates, standard responses, case studies, and supporting documents.
  • Review and edit Rfp responses for clarity, consistency, grammar, and overall quality.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Rfp processes, templates, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
