**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**:
The coordinator, Global Supply Chain Management position will be responsible for administrative support relevant to global supply chain initiatives for Dwellworks Living - Corporate Housing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Work in partnership and alignment with other regional teams and support Director and Manager
- Network Partner Agreements - collection and tracking
- Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable regarding supplier payment escalations
- Work with suppliers and internal teams regarding supplier service escalations
- Reports: Assist with supplier scoring/weighting/rating/tier program; supplier dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Assist in maintaining Siebel Supply Chain Tab - upload agreements, activities, etc.
- RFI/RFP rate requests & estimates
- Epic/RFH supplier administration, Siebel updates
- Supplier property profiles - Corporate Housing redesign support
- Work in partnership and alignment with other regional teams

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to effectively analyze and present information and respond to questions
- Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced, high volume environment
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Aptitude to work with people from various cultures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
**_Your Experience & Education (required)_**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in customer service or supply chain.

**_Your Additional Skills and Abilities_**:

- Proficient in English
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collectively with others, both internally and externally
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to handle high volume of work efficiently with mínimal supervision
