Customer Experience Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to Amazon Corporate employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Amazon Corporate employees, including troubleshooting and resolving end-user computing problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and create detailed call logs.
  • Inform customers of needed repairs and answer basic questions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality support.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in IT help-desk or desk-side environment.
  • Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish level.
  • High School diploma.
  • Experience in Windows, Mac OS environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
