Job Description:

The Strategic Business Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success at JLL. Key responsibilities include managing deliverables, performing key tasks associated with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and business review administration.

This role requires strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver program objectives. The ideal candidate will develop and manage reports, templates, and analysis consistent with company and client branding requirements.

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead Vendor Performance data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goals
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives
  • Develop and manage reports, templates, and analysis consistent with company and client branding requirements
  • Oversee and engage Vendors on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and procedures
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering, and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies
Requirements:

To succeed as a Strategic Business Delivery Manager at JLL, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program, or change management
  • High level of critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
