Regional Business Development Manager

At People Working Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assume the role of Regional Business Development Manager. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage partner accounts in the North America and Caribbean region, building strong relationships with existing partners and identifying new opportunities.
Track partner activities and analyze market trends to identify potential partners and business opportunities.
Present the company's business model to potential partners and negotiate partnerships that drive business growth.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, International Relations, or a related discipline, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
Advanced English language skills (C1 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
At least 2 years of experience in general business, including sales, project management, administration, and accounting.
Work Environment:
100% remote work from San Jose, with minimal supervision required.
