About You

We're seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager with a strong finance background to lead our GBS team. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and have over 9 years of experience in finance roles, projects, or Shared Services. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills, such as Portuguese, are a plus.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Over 9 years of experience in finance roles, projects, or Shared Services
  • Proficient in English (C1 or higher)
  • Experience with budgeting, budget control, and organizational productivity
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar)
  • Automation experience (a plus)

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING general management actions, programs, and projects within the GBS
  • ENSURING the adequate annual budget process for GBS expenses, updating quarterly forecasts, and managing monthly playbooks
  • MAXIMIZING spending efficiencies, improving business metrics, and promoting a culture of value generation
  • INFLUENCING GBS leadership to specify reporting times, quality of information, and improvements required by stakeholders, audits, or external requirements
  • ENSURING timely management of deviations and guaranteeing expense control
  • MONITORING stakeholder satisfaction and safeguarding financial assets
