We're seeking a visionary Global Client Delivery Leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our services across multiple lines of business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a global team of technical support engineers to deliver industry-leading customer experiences and drive client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership and accountability for our relationship with key clients globally.
  2. Lead critical client negotiations for existing and growth service contracts and costs.
  3. Drive improvements in KPIs through innovation and effective operations, using your operational delivery teams globally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Mentor and develop your team, guiding them in finding creative solutions to client and internal challenges.
  5. Contribute to client business growth by identifying new opportunities and additional ways Tek-Experts can support their objectives.
  6. Enable delivery teams and Global Business Line Leaders to drive process improvements, ensuring client satisfaction and lead generation.
  7. Lead global business reviews with the client to showcase Tek Experts performance, develop long-term relationships, and bring additional services or product lines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with financial qualifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience leading global organizations of 500+ employees, including at least 5+ years in Enterprise Technology Services and Support in BPO Industry or managing outsourced suppliers.
  • Strong background in managing the delivery of commercial Enterprise IT software support.
  • Experience growing, managing, and inspiring teams; strong leadership and organizational skills complemented by relationship building management style.
  • A strong EQ and passion for growing employee engagement across the organization.
  • Result-driven decision maker using strategic thinking, analytical approaches, and excellent communication skills.
