About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Operation Analyst to join our Worldwide (WW) Sales Acceleration organization. In this role, you will partner with the WW & Americas Networking and Security specialist organization to provide dedicated operational support.

As a Senior Sales Operation Analyst, you will leverage best-in-class tools, processes, and technologies to deliver larger efficiency and outcomes. You will have opportunities to work closely with senior leadership teams by presenting data with business insight and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborator who can liaise with multiple teams on gathering business requirements and accomplish end-to-end deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing real-life business cases that require processing, analyzing, and handling large volumes of data
  • Presenting insights on strategic initiatives, ROI analysis, and business modeling
  • Establishing credibility and developing effective relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Success in the Role:

To succeed in this role, you will need to achieve the following performance outcomes within the first 6-12 months:

  • Complete all onboarding programs and learnings within 30 days
  • Get familiar with processes and tools, and manage real-life business cases within 60 days
  • Interact with leadership teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and scope outcomes within 90 days
  • Proactively investigate, report, and address issues, and lead front-ending projects to maximize business agility within 180 days
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) on specific areas and be a go-to person within 360 days
