We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations group, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales teams in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in all forecast meetings, providing support to Sales Management in rolling up weekly forecasts
- Perform pipeline reviews and establish best practices for forecast accuracy
- Analyze customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities
- Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions to balance customer needs and pricing policies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
