Sales Operations Manager

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, responsible for driving revenue growth and sales productivity in an efficient and scalable manner. This role works closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and other go-to-market (GTM) teams to increase GTM productivity, maximize technology investments, drive real-time data-driven decisions, and improve orchestration and collaboration.
The Sales Operations team sits within the Revenue Operations department and is responsible for supporting the sales organization by providing data-driven insights, strategic planning, and overall operational efficiency. The team acts as a strategic partner to sales leaders, helping them optimize the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work and collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to drive the execution and achievement of key business goals
- Run weekly and monthly business reviews, putting together the presentation and running ad-hoc analyses when needed to help drive the business forward
- Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes for your assigned sales segment and/or region, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, sales targets, and territory design
- Lead goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business. Challenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations
- Partner with the analytics team to develop insights, reports, and dashboards that assist in data driven decisions
- Partner with the GTM technology team to maximize our technology investments
- Communicate and present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
