Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert of Process and Procedures for Sales Operations
  • Developing expertise in CPQ and CLM systems
  • Providing critical support to Sales teams, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Collaborating with Ops and DT teams to identify trends and drive enhancements
  • Participating in CPQ and CLM release cycles, including User Acceptance Testing and SOPs process documentation

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ & CLM systems
  • Strong listening, analytic, and organizational skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
