Job Overview:

The Invoicing Clerk position at TD SYNNEX is responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data. This role also involves resolving billing issues and maintaining accurate records.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation, review, and delivery of invoices to customers for maintenance contracts and installation events;
  • Coordination with internal and external resources to meet agreed-to expectations of the customer and TD SYNNEX;
  • Identification and communication of options available for issue resolution;
  • Maintenance of accurate information for customers and internal teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • English, B2+ or above - required;
  • Previous customer invoicing experience - required;
  • Accounting knowledge - required;
  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work in a team environment and effectively interface with internal teams;
  • Ability to work with the team on multiple and varied tasks;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different customer requirements;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams);
  • Salesforce experience desired, but not essential;
  • Previous back-office experience desired, but not essential;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new ERP systems.

Work Experience Requirements:

2+ years of progressive work experience in a customer service and/or support role working with customers, or a combination of post-high school formal education and job experience that demonstrates the ability to meet all of the identified job responsibilities.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent;
  • Accounting Technical degree.
