**Role Overview**
In this dynamic role as Reception Support Specialist at Emerson, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and administrative support to our internal customers.
Main Tasks:
- Precisely manage the flow of visitors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient operations.
- Efficiently operate the PBX system, guaranteeing prompt connections and call handling.
- Accurately record visitor data, maintaining compliance with Emerson's requirements.
- Expertly coordinate special requests from hosts and visitors, guaranteeing satisfaction.
- Proficiently handle local and international calls from customers and suppliers, resolving queries promptly.
- Reliably receive and distribute correspondence and messages addressed to our business units.
- Conscientiously ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures established by the organization.
- Diligently maintain equipment and workspaces, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Adeptly adhere to entry and exit control requirements as per the Free Trade Zone Law and internal procedures.
- Skilfully book Meeting Rooms according to established procedures.
- Proactively send communications related to the Facilities Department to various stakeholders.
- Effectively utilize screening systems to meet Trade Compliance requirements.
- Capably manage office supplies for the Facilities Department.
- Cultivate strong relationships between internal customers and the Facilities Department.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- College degree in Administration or a related field, or close to completion.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1).
- +2 years of experience in Customer Service.
