**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amentum. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our humanitarian assistance efforts.

**Job Summary:**

  • This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including event planning, coordination, and execution.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Create and reconcile rosters; sign-in sheets; prepare name badges; signage; and oversee registration for events.
  • Coordinate Food/Beverage for catered events and prepare coffee, beverages or snacks for meetings and events.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, coffee stations, and meeting rooms.
  • Order supplies and maintain stock inventory.
  • Set up dismantle various configuration for events, involving moving tables and chairs at times from one floor to another.
  • Provide reception services for the BHA/LAC Regional Office, answering phones, greeting visitors, issuing visitor badges, and checking ID'S.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with a minimum of Level 4 required, and Level 5 preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
