**Technical Support Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Resolve technical issues via telephone and e-support
  • Articulate case summaries and resolutions in writing and verbally
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
  • Represent HP in customer location visits and industry conferences
  • Engage team members for support to meet internal and external business SLA demands

**Requirements:**

  • High school completion and relevant industry qualification
  • 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and knowledge of computer and printer advice

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Phone and remote support experience
