**Technical Support Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve technical issues via telephone and e-support
- Articulate case summaries and resolutions in writing and verbally
- Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
- Represent HP in customer location visits and industry conferences
- Engage team members for support to meet internal and external business SLA demands
**Requirements:**
- High school completion and relevant industry qualification
- 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and knowledge of computer and printer advice
**Preferred Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Superior customer service skills
- Phone and remote support experience
