Technology Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**
Sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory, leveraging the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
This position is responsible for managing accounts through the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
The primary job duty is to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with a focus on building and expanding business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Language Skills:
The ability to read, write, and speak English, Spanish fluently is required for this role.
Location:
This role is based in Costa Rica-Santa Ana and requires frequent travel within the region.
