Job Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Associate to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in sales force automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
