Customer Relationship Management Specialist

The goal of this position is to manage business relationships and associated data using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. As a CRM Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and customers, providing high-level customer service, prioritization, and teamwork skills. Your service delivery will involve analyzing negative trends or delays in processes to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement. You will also need to understand and validate market and customer requirements, as well as industry standards, to translate them into technical and process specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CRM work queues for new requests and resolve issues within agreed-upon cycle times.
- Manage reports, dashboards, public groups, and queues within the Salesforce platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce task cycle times.
- Analyze negative trends or delays in processes to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate team strategy and support transitions upon business directions in close cooperation with the team leader.
- Create metric reports and ad-hoc analysis related to CRM management to support business and CO decisions.
- Train and consult internal customers and coworkers on proper inputs and knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end processes for their respective teams, including follow-up and escalation of issues if needed.
- Responsible for completing assigned projects and tasks within Service Level Agreement targets.
