International Customer Support Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join 3M's Global Channel Services Team as a Customer Account Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global order-to-cash processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate/timely order entry. You will also be the single point of contact for all direct customer inquiries, handling product, order status, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage global order-to-cash process.
  • Sourcing, transportation, and delivery of orders throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Own and manage all aspects of the customer relationship.
  • Single point of contact for all direct customer inquiries.
  • Product, Order Status, Complaint resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Finance.
  • English proficiency.
  • Experience with Incoterms, International Transportation, Freight Forwarders, and/or global sourcing.
  • Multitasking and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
