As a Business Solutions Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse global team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes with purpose-built solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the end-to-end customer case lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve cases.
- Maintaining the client database.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, resolutions consistent with commitments, and prescribed protocols, always protecting confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer support or related technical support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Higher-level education in a technology discipline or technical certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and accountable for meeting your obligations.
