**Job Overview:**
At Arb Call Facilities, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk professional to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Create login credentials.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Ability to train users.
