- Address internal and external inquiries promptly, taking action to resolve issues efficiently and escalating where necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring transparent communication.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or call center experience. Strong proficiency in English (B2 level) is also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher and relevant experience using workforce management systems. A strong aptitude for system usage and analytical skills are required, as is the ability to adapt to rapid change and work independently and collaboratively within teams.
