**Drive Customer Success and Growth**
As a key member of our Success Center team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Guides in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our digital, commercial, and mid-market customers.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing customer success strategies that drive business growth through customer adoption and expansion of ServiceNow offerings.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Developing strong executive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Executing customer success strategies to deliver value for all customers.
- Leading business planning aligned with company's overall strategic direction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles at high-performing consulting/software companies or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing teams, meeting or exceeding customer KPIs, and expanding offerings with clients.
- Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow product suites and understanding of issues driving digital transformation across ServiceNow clients.
