Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to lead our company's administrative and financial functions. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, relationship building with suppliers, banks, and customers, as well as creating a manual of policies and procedures. They will also propose best practices for improvement and simplify office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and finances effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Improve office processes and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (Finance emphasis preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
  • High command of English language
  • Excellent relationships abilities, analytic thinking, detail-oriented, and customer service skills
