**Job Description**
As an Administrative Manager at Emerson, you will play a vital role in supporting project management teams with cost controlling and financial aspects.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Extracting information from Oracle and Clarity systems for project-related reporting and invoicing.
- Coodinating project revenue recognition and cost controlling processes.
- Managing daily transactions, customer purchase orders, and project closings in Oracle.
- Providing resource-level information for resource planning and ensuring the allocation plan is up-to-date.
- Assisting with multi-project planning and developing schedules using gathered information.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, experience working with complex data sets, and excellent communication skills.
