Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data.
  • Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Identify and communicate options available for issue resolution.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • English language proficiency (B2+ or above) is required.
  • Previous customer invoicing experience is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks and adapt to different customer requirements.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills are required to resolve problems.
  • Basic mathematical calculations are a must.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are desired.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential.
Work Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years of progressive work experience in a customer service or support role is required.
Education & Certification Requirements
  • High School or equivalent is required.
