About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team at TreviPay. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and merchants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize sound judgment to de-escalate challenging customer situations, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and merchants, providing comprehensive support and guidance on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, procedures, and training materials, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance customer support and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of customer support experience, with a strong background in handling high-volume inbound calls.
  • Fluency in three languages: Spanish, English, and French (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
