Human Resources Strategic Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team within the Human Resources department at 3M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
About the Role- Lead a team of professionals in managing HR projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to improve employee learning and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide consulting assistance to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and professional development.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, provide coaching and mentoring, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments, communicating important information and ensuring seamless collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on operations management and talent development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with experience in payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
