As a Human Resources Business Partner in our Vascular division in Alajuela, Costa Rica, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employee relations and compliance with local laws and regulations.

This is an on-site position working Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

About the Job

  • Provide expert support to employees from various divisions, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with relevant country laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
  • Collaborate with managers, the Office of Ethics and Compliance, and Security to investigate Employee Relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential ER data in both systems and paper files.
  • Proactively identify solutions to address business needs and execute elements of defined projects as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in similar roles with strong knowledge of employee relations and employment laws governing HR programs.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
