About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Foundry Services Customer Program Director to join our team. In this key role, you will drive customer success and satisfaction by ensuring seamless integration with Intel process technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for maximum value from Intel technology.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate requirements and secure technical solutions.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of experience.
  • PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of experience.
  • Fab/manufacturing services experience and customer-facing experience are preferred qualifications.
  • PMP Certified and experience with Program Management tools are also beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
