Employee Care Manager Lead

**Job Overview**
This role oversees a team of customer service professionals who deliver HR support to Intel employees across a given region. The Regional Employee Care manager ensures contact center operations meet and exceed expectations while driving process improvements to increase the level of service, deflect volumes, and find more efficient ways of operating.
Key responsibilities include building and sustaining a high-performing team, facilitating and delegating work, providing coaching and feedback, career development, and performance management. This role also partners with other Regional Employee Care managers to ensure operations are managed in a globally standardized way.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with minimal direct supervision, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
