**Job Overview**

Nitel is seeking a talented and energetic Channel Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for shaping channel development strategies and driving regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in your assigned region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the RVP Channel Sales Regional Channel Directors (RCDs) and cross-functional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners.
  • Manage channel sales agents to drive regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in your assigned region.
  • Actively cultivate new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents.
  • Coach and educate sales agents regarding Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and be available during work hours to address a fast-paced opportunity flow.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or high-tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness.
  • Minimum 2 years' channel, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Crack presentation skills and training experience is a plus.
