Atlantis Homebuyers LLC, a dynamic real estate marketing and acquisitions company based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Lead to join our existing team. This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting and qualifying leads from various marketing channels using our CRM and phone system.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Receiving and making calls, as well as sending and receiving texts, to evaluate qualified leads.
- Qualifying leads using a standardized script.
- Entering, maintaining, tracking, and following up with all leads in our CRM.
- Reporting to and assisting Acquisitions Managers by ensuring leads are properly qualified.
- Testing and evaluating consumer responses and using negotiation tactics and scripts accordingly.
- Linking the proper leads to the corresponding campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring.
- Actively seeking referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
- Working closely with Acquisitions Managers to successfully close deals.
The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be comfortable with making calls and sending texts, as well as maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
This role requires a minimum of 65 daily calls, with a goal of converting at least 4-6 leads into opportunities daily, resulting in a minimum of 120 opportunities per month. The successful candidate will also participate in weekly leadership meetings, Mondays at 9:30am EST virtually.
