Job Summary

The Customer Success Analyst will play a critical role in delivering business analytics and reporting capabilities for the Customer Success organization. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data solutions, tools, and capabilities to support self-service frameworks for data consumers.
  • Design, implement, and enforce data infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into key insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes and offerings.
  • Prepare presentations on monthly and quarterly team performance.
  • Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst role.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, or DAX.
  • Self-driven individual with adaptability and analytical mindset.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills.
