Job Summary
The Customer Success Analyst will play a critical role in delivering business analytics and reporting capabilities for the Customer Success organization. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop data solutions, tools, and capabilities to support self-service frameworks for data consumers.
- Design, implement, and enforce data infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into key insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes and offerings.
- Prepare presentations on monthly and quarterly team performance.
- Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst role.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, or DAX.
- Self-driven individual with adaptability and analytical mindset.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills.
