About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer purchase orders, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of order management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Review and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  2. Collaborate with order management specialists, inside sales teams, and factories to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  3. Verify product availability and technical requirements to ensure accurate order processing
  4. Comply with import/export, contract, and government regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (currently studying preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales-related customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Portuguese language
