**Better requires process discipline and simplification**
For this role, you need 2 years of experience in customer service or IT operations role, competence in IT and technical troubleshooting, good customer service, problem-solving, communication skills.
You must be able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are desired.
Experience in people training or mentoring would help you succeed in this role.
