At Infotree Global Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Providing accurate advice and information regarding Dealer Speed and existing programs.
  • Handling escalations and troubleshooting with professionalism and poise.
  • Assisting team leaders with duties and conducting team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Promoting high levels of professionalism and influencing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Help By Phone Target.
  • Performing other related functions as required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A minimum High School Diploma is required, with a preference for candidates with 0-2 years of call center experience.
  • Excellent English, Spanish, and French communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is necessary to excel in this position.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
