- Providing accurate advice and information regarding Dealer Speed and existing programs.
- Handling escalations and troubleshooting with professionalism and poise.
- Assisting team leaders with duties and conducting team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Promoting high levels of professionalism and influencing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Help By Phone Target.
- Performing other related functions as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- A minimum High School Diploma is required, with a preference for candidates with 0-2 years of call center experience.
- Excellent English, Spanish, and French communication skills are essential for this role.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is necessary to excel in this position.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
