We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Representative. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be proficient in technical troubleshooting and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.

**Requirements:**
