About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a remote technical assistance expert. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 technical assistance in analyzing, diagnosing, replicating, and troubleshooting customer-reported issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and sales organizations to improve product and customer service delivery.
- Manage assigned support incidents and maintain up-to-date status in the Support Console.
- Escalate unresolved issues that require more in-depth knowledge in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in technical tools and software.
- Knowledge of ITIL and other industry standards.
